If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to provide a return in line with our policy below, within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return due to change of mind, items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.
Full Price online purchases returned to the online store due to change of mind, are eligible for a refund or a credit note.
Sale online purchases returned to the online store due to change of mind, are eligible for a credit note only.
Refunds can be made to the original payment method only.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Zebart reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the return value where an order has been incorrectly marked as Return To Sender. Where a free return has been offered, this is only available via free return label issued by Zebart, and we are unable to provide reimbursement of shipping costs where this has not been discussed and agreed prior to the item being posted.
